Hello Beautiful.... my dear ones....

I am reminded how thankful I am for you and your continuous support of my efforts on and especially off-camera. You have done great things for children overseas and here at home in honor of my birthdays. I know the goodness you have generated by your child sponsorships. It is contagious.

Mark and I will follow your lead...on July 13th for one week we will begin a new adventure together for the Bring Me Hope orphan summer camp, in Beijing, China.

We will be paired up with 2 kids, who are called our "buddies", and we'll spend the entire week with our little buddies...eating, playing, sleeping, loving...hand in hand we'll have the opportunity to bond with one another. It has been said camp is the BEST WEEK OF THEIR LIFE, and from those who volunteered last year, one of the best weeks of their lives as well. You know Mark and I, we will aim for no less than big smiles on their faces and laughter in their bellies. We all know the healing that comes from the human touch.

Mark and I are inviting you to partner in this faith adventure with us. For us the most important way is by praying. Please pray for us that God will use this experience to express Himself through our words and actions. And with all that is happening in our world today, please pray for the protection of our team during our time in China.

God has already provided for our individual expenses, though we ask you to search your heart to support this amazing ministry that will continue to reach children long after we are gone. The Global Outreach ministry at Mariners Church has proven trustworthy in our hearts. (See below)

We are excited for you to be a partner in our journey. Now as always may the Lord bless you as you continue to bless others.

Well...well...well...I haven't stopped by here in some time. I have wanted to fill everyone in on what's been transitioning. Alas, the days keep flying by and a new year is upon us all!!!! Happy Happy!!! I know you are chomping for a new Kiana report....she had her first horseback riding experience. "LOVE IT...BUY IT", her coined expression...move over Paris!!! We have a little cowgirl on our hands....she didn't want to leave the Ranch and cried for awhile when we were in the driveway at our home:)

Mark and I spent the New Year in Vail, CO we skied our butts off. And SHOPPED!!!! It was a much needed vacation. I felt like I have been moving for 4 months. BUT, the last box has been unpacked and outside of missing the NYC lifestyle....I am calling California home.

There is so much to be thankful for. Each and everyone of us can make a list of good in our lives. And each one of you have been so good to me...yes indeed, I am thankful for you my old friends. Onward!!!! It's exciting!!!! I am so glad I get to take you with me!!!! May you be blessed this day with overcoming joy!!!!
